Privacy Policy
Last updated July 10, 2026
Ten6 Ventures Management, LLC (“Ten6,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at ten6.vc. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to submit, primarily through our two forms:
- Request Access (the investor and network form): your name, email address, firm or organization, the category you select, how you heard about us, an optional LinkedIn URL, any optional notes you add, and your self-certification of accredited-investor status.
- Founder inquiries (the “Talk to us” form): your name, email address, company, an optional website, a description of what you are building, your round stage, and optional timing.
We also receive any information you send us directly by email.
Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics on this site. Our website host and standard web server logs may automatically record limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security, diagnostics, and to keep the site running.
How we use information
- To review and respond to access requests and founder inquiries;
- To evaluate potential fit for our syndicate, network, and investment opportunities;
- To communicate with you;
- To operate, secure, and improve the site; and
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers who process it on our behalf — our form-delivery provider (FormSubmit.co), our website host (Vercel Inc.), and our email provider (Google Workspace);
- Within Ten6 and with our affiliated entities, advisers, and co-investors to evaluate opportunities;
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Ten6 or others; and
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a reorganization or transfer of assets.
Accredited-investor information
The Request Access form asks you to confirm whether you are an accredited investor. We use that representation solely to determine eligibility for private investment opportunities, which are available only to accredited investors.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for legitimate business and legal reasons, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither). This includes residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (under the GDPR) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ten6.vc. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
International visitors
Ten6 is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn and X. Their own privacy policies govern any information you provide to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
